When do the different rates apply?

Low season
May, June, September, October and November.

High season
January, February, March, April, July, August and December, excluding the Christmas period.

Christmas period: December 18, 2026 through January 3, 2027
Special Christmas rates apply from December 18, 2026 through January 3, 2027.

All prices are per night and exclude 7% tourist tax, water, electricity, air conditioning and final cleaning. Final cleaning costs €60 for Casa Jardín Tropical 1 and 2 and €90 for Casa Piscina. The security deposit is €100.

A baby cot is free for children up to 2 years old at Casa Piscina. For children aged 2 and over, an extra bed costs €22.
